Most recently, the client appointed Colliers to advise them on their 14 million square foot portfolio. The key to winning this mandate was Joe’s ability to leverage the collaborative culture within Colliers and offer an enterprising approach emphasizing a proactive service delivery model that is underpinned by a cutting edge technology platform.

Joe partnered with Colliers’ Corporate Solutions team, led by Scott Nelson, Chris Zlocki and Michelle Needles, to develop a holistic approach to the clients’ needs including a centralized account team, on-the-ground expertise and global resources.
